What you'll do

• Assist residents with transfers, repositioning, bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and perineal care.
• Support meals and nourishment, record intake as needed, maintain resident suites and service areas, document assistance at the end of each shift, communicate changes or unusual observations, attend required training, and report suspected elder abuse, mistreatment, or neglect.
