What you'll do

• Provide direction and input from design development through construction
• represent MNAA and oversee design, bid and proposal evaluations, contract administration, scheduling, coordination, quality control, field decisions, and supervision
• coordinate with MNAA divisions, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies
• manage or perform cost estimates, projections, and cash-flow estimates
• conduct progress meetings
• maintain project records and quality standards
• prepare records for federal or state reimbursement
• coordinate with outside agencies
• use Procore, MS Project, CADD, and other systems
• coordinate traffic and phasing plans, utility shutdowns, impact notices, and contingency planning
• analyze technical data and prepare reports
• present updates in weekly and executive meetings.
