The Electrical Crew Leader role is onsite in Frederick, MD. Pay is $47–$51 per hour. M.C. Dean designs, builds, operates, and maintains electrical, security, telecommunications, life-safety, automation, audiovisual, and IT systems for mission-critical facilities and infrastructure. The role plans and coordinates crew work, tracks materials and equipment, and checks completed installations for quality and safety. By maintaining work records, as-built drawings, inspections, and incident reports, the Crew Leader helps ensure assigned electrical work is completed professionally and in accordance with established procedures.

What you'll do

• Plan, organize, and schedule crews and assign work orders
• organize materials by area and track inventory
• identify and account for crew tools and equipment
• ensure crews have required information packages
• submit daily crew hour and unit reports
• inspect completed work using quality-control plans and checklists
• maintain and log as-built drawings at least weekly
• review and retain applicable AHA documents
• submit equipment inspection sheets
• report accidents and incidents within 24 hours
• ensure work areas are cleaned at the end of the day.
