What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day bakery operations

• maintain guest service, product quality, food safety, sanitation, and brand standards
• oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• analyze business metrics and implement improvements
• and partner with ownership and leadership on business strategies.
