What you'll do

• Support lead generation, follow-up, and closing
• book and confirm introductory stretches
• greet and check in clients and prospects
• conduct facility tours
• participate in pop-up marketing and community events
• manage social media and send member emails under the general manager’s supervision
• maintain personal sales production
• present services
• follow up with leads and missed introductory classes
• maintain booking software and studio cleanliness.
