Senior Orientation & Integration Analyst

The Senior Orientation & Integration Analyst role is hybrid in Fort Belvoir, VA, and part-time. Compensation is $35–$65 per hour. The analyst supports MDW Associates’ management of a professional services program for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. The role helps incoming contractor personnel onboard, integrate with their teams, and prepare for assigned duties. By coordinating orientation, training, knowledge transfer, and readiness tracking, the analyst supports workforce integration and program execution.

What you'll do

• Develop onboarding and workforce-integration activities
• coordinate preboarding checklists, documentation, and knowledge transfer
• facilitate program orientation and team formation
• deliver classroom, virtual, and hybrid training
• conduct readiness check-ins
• monitor training completion and risks
• maintain reusable materials and records
• coordinate with recruiting, HR, quality, and functional leads.
