Specialized Caregiver

The Specialized Caregiver role is onsite in Richlands, NC, serving clients in the Beulaville, Richlands, and Kenansville area. Pay is $14–$20 per hour. SYNERGY HomeCare provides non-medical support intended to help clients with complex needs remain safe, comfortable, and independent. The role provides advanced personal care and companionship for clients with cognitive or complex physical conditions. It contributes to client safety, dignity, comfort, and independence through daily assistance, observation, documentation, and communication with the office and families.

What you'll do

• Provide companion and personal care assistance
• support bed-bound clients with repositioning, transfers, mobility, incontinence care, and skin observation
• use dementia care routines and redirection
• assist with safe ambulation, wheelchairs, meals, hydration, and prescribed home exercises as directed by therapy professionals
• document care and report changes promptly
• follow care plans, HIPAA, infection prevention, and safety standards.
