What you'll do

• Assistant Managers support the Store Manager, enforce policies and standards, schedule mechanics’ and technicians’ work, manage outside orders, ensure timely job completion, meet customer expectations, and support team safety.
• Service Managers assist customers with tire selections and repair recommendations, direct mechanic and technician workflow, stage repair work, communicate service needs, and support sales initiatives.
