What you'll do

• Support counter customers and the service department with heavy- and medium-duty truck parts and accessories
• handle telephone inquiries
• manage parts calls and counter sales
• identify customer needs and recommend solutions, including relevant accessories
• coordinate with service staff and technicians to procure parts
• help prepare repair quotes
• use the inventory system and pull orders
• manage multiple tasks
• promote teamwork and follow safety policies.
