Patient Care Technician

The Patient Care Technician role is onsite in Auburn, NY, with starting pay of $19 per hour. The technician supports the connection between reception and clinical operations by assisting with patient care, testing, documentation, and clinic flow. The role also handles reception and occupational medicine tasks as assigned, helping providers deliver timely care.

What you'll do

• Take patient histories and vital signs
• perform point-of-care tests and phlebotomy if certified
• assist providers with exams and procedures
• document patient and test information
• maintain rooms and supplies
• support patient registration, calls, payments, and clinic cleaning
• complete occupational medicine testing and documentation.
