What you'll do

• Directly supervise regional Program Directors
• work with hospital leadership to implement and manage Intensive Outpatient Programs
• monitor financial accountability and program implementation with senior and executive leaders
• maintain contact with hospital administration
• lead programs through monthly regional calls, monthly onsite visits, and weekly connections
• coordinate compliance, regulations, and training with the clinical team
• liaise between programs and corporate leadership
• partner on staff development and recruitment
• provide temporary leadership during vacancies
• and coordinate public relations and community education as needed. Travel up to 75% of the time, including overnights, is required.
