What you'll do

• Provide customer service and follow site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations according to site protocols
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter
• verify credentials and observe visitor and contractor activity
• document incidents, observations, and patrol activity and communicate relevant information to site contacts and company leadership.
