The manager owns the distribution center’s day-to-day HR operations, helping leaders staff the operation, administer workforce processes, and address employee needs. The work spans recruiting, onboarding, attendance and timekeeping, leave and workers’ compensation coordination, compliance, reporting, engagement, and employee relations.

What you'll do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for distribution center roles, including seasonal hiring
• manage temporary staffing operations and agency relationships
• administer attendance, timecards, and call-off documentation
• lead orientation and structured new-hire check-ins
• manage leave processes and provide first response on workers’ compensation claims
• coordinate performance, safety, and training compliance
• prepare HR reports
• run recognition and engagement activities
• maintain employee records and serve as a day-to-day HR contact.
