Senior Program Integrator — Portfolio Innovation and Agile Acquisition

The Senior Program Integrator role is onsite in Annapolis Junction, MD. Compensation is $100,000–$135,000 per year. SITEC Consulting is seeking support for an innovation-focused portfolio within the Intelligence Community. The integrator helps establish portfolio processes, governance, prioritization, and acquisition frameworks so leadership can evaluate and advance initiatives. The role connects portfolio strategy, funding, acquisition, and Agile execution while helping ensure new approaches work within Agency requirements and mission needs.

What you'll do

• Design and mature portfolio-management operating models
• develop intake, prioritization, investment decision, governance, and performance processes
• advise Government and PEO leadership on priorities and resource allocation
• navigate Agency acquisition, budget, contracting, and program-execution processes
• coordinate across program management, acquisition, finance, technical, and mission organizations
• support innovation-focused acquisition and Agile execution, including SAFe, PI Planning, product ownership, and backlog prioritization.
