What you'll do

• Greet customers, vendors, and associates
• answer and route internal and external calls
• open and distribute mail
• package and mail invoices and checks
• operate the postage machine
• scan and upload customer purchase orders, orders, and warehouse transfers for three branches
• add tracking information for warehouse transfers
• provide clerical assistance and distribute the daily master call-in list.
