What you'll do

• Lead line crews on energized and de-energized work
• ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and cooperative practices
• respond to outages and emergencies
• train and mentor apprentices and crew members
• oversee line construction, maintenance, and restoration
• operate and maintain line equipment
• inspect and troubleshoot distribution systems
• maintain records, inventories, timekeeping, and equipment inspections
• support member relations.
