What you'll do

• Clean stairways, corridors, lobbies, restrooms, laundry rooms, elevators, and vacant apartments
• pick up grounds debris and maintain exteriors and common areas
• report unsafe conditions and maintenance needs
• replace public-area lighting
• operate and clean compactors where applicable
• perform landscaping and trash-out tasks
• follow safe work procedures and assist with after-hours or emergency coverage.
