Ice Cream Scooper

The Ice Cream Scooper role is onsite in Grapevine, TX, with tip-share pay averaging $14–$16 per hour. What you'll do

• Greet customers
• guide them through the menu with samples and recommendations
• prepare and serve waffle cones, ice cream, milkshakes, and other shop products
• operate the POS and verify orders
• restock products using FIFO steps
• clean the shop and supplies
• follow daily checklists and standard operating procedures
• share constructive feedback and ideas about customer interactions, products, and operations.
