Level I Desktop Technician

Job overview

The Level I Desktop Technician role is onsite in Florence, KY. Compensation is $16.50–$22 per hour, unless the local minimum wage is higher. What you'll do

• Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and systems failures
• service, repair, and install computers, printers, mobile devices, servers, and wired or wireless networking
• manage application and system accounts and permissions
• document issues in ticketing systems
• communicate with customers and provide status updates
• escalate complex or high-priority problems
• follow standard operating procedures and knowledge-management practices.
