The role exists to help grow new and existing customer business by supporting sales targets, customer relationships, and day-to-day sales execution. It coordinates with sales, operations, and technical teams to respond to customer needs and move opportunities from inquiry through project execution.

What you'll do

• Support Strategic Account Managers in developing opportunities and expanding existing accounts
• prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales materials
• follow up on open opportunities
• promote inspection services and pipeline integrity solutions
• coordinate with internal teams to respond to customer requests
• support onboarding and sales events
• maintain CRM records, forecasts, meeting schedules, call reports, and opportunity documentation
• provide updates in sales meetings.
