What you'll do

• Oversee restaurant compliance with health, safety, labor, and employment regulations
• build a team-oriented culture
• maintain food quality, cleanliness, and guest service standards

• recruit, train, and develop Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders
• drive local marketing and represent the brand at community events
• promote Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation initiatives
• maintain equipment and communicate with the District Manager and ownership.
