Formalwear Sales Specialist — Full-Time

Job overview

The Formalwear Sales Specialist role is onsite in Raleigh, NC, and pays $16–$20 per hour. VIP Formal Wear has served customers for more than 50 years with tuxedo and suit rentals and sales. The specialist helps customers select and fit formalwear, manages rental orders, and supports sales and customer service. The role contributes to a well-run showroom and helps customers prepare for weddings, proms, and other special events.

What you'll do

• Help customers select suits, tuxedos, shirts, shoes, and accessories
• measure customers
• build and manage rental orders
• work with wedding parties and groups
• sell formalwear
• answer questions and resolve problems
• receive, organize, inspect, and prepare garments
• process rental returns
• and maintain the showroom.
