What you'll do

• Provide weekly home infusion support for the specified therapy
• mix medications in the patient’s home using aseptic technique
• administer peripheral IV infusions
• follow patient safety and infection prevention practices
• communicate professionally and compassionately with patients and families
• maintain active licensure, CPR certification, and personal liability insurance.
