What you'll do

• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• utilize parts and equipment knowledge to educate customers and provide the appropriate solution
• identify and qualify leads/potential customers in person, on the telephone, and by emails
• resolve customer complaints and inquiries
• promote parts/product line, extended warranties, and service contracts
• work with management to develop plans to increase sales.
