What you'll do

• Monitor alarms, video surveillance systems, and AI-assisted detection platforms.
• Perform advanced CCTV monitoring and live tracking.
• Receive and respond to emergency and non-emergency calls.
• Coordinate multi-channel dispatch operations.
• Maintain detailed incident logs and summaries.
• Utilize AVERT workflows and ticketing systems.
• Conduct first-level troubleshooting for security devices.
• Provide situational awareness to leadership during active incidents.
