What you'll do

• Prepare cost estimates, conceptual budgets, and bid proposals
• perform quantity takeoffs from drawings, specifications, BIM models, and design documents
• analyze vendor and subcontractor quotes
• identify value-engineering opportunities and project risks
• prepare proposal clarifications and exclusions
• support budget negotiations and project handoffs
• and maintain estimating databases and cost-review records.
