Associate Implementation Specialist

What you'll do

• Own implementation processes for small-business and mid-market customers

• track project time and manage client commitments within service agreements
• document client communications in HubSpot
• set and manage project plans and timelines
• capture client needs for product teams
• build partner relationships

• advise clients to drive user adoption

Why this role
