What you'll do

• Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems
• respond to tenant service requests involving HVAC, plumbing, and lighting
• troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate as needed
• replace fixtures, filters, and components
• maintain inspection and equipment records
• conduct property inspections
• assist with preventive maintenance and contractor oversight
• follow safety protocols and applicable regulations
• and participate in on-call rotations and emergency response.
