This role delivers recurring instructor-led and virtual training for employees across the organization, bringing established curricula to life and supporting onboarding, professional skills, leadership, technical, and compliance learning. It also contributes learner feedback and facilitation experience to course updates and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Facilitate recurring in-person and virtual training sessions
• manage session logistics with the Learning Administrator
• adapt delivery for diverse onsite and remote learners
• support training-material updates and module pilots
• assist with onboarding and New Employee Orientation
• monitor participation, document attendance, respond to learner questions, and gather feedback
• maintain Learning Management System records
• collaborate with subject-matter experts, People Team partners, and business leaders.
