What you'll do

• Lead company operating practices and productivity
• review store reports and communicate variances
• schedule associates and ensure regulatory compliance
• oversee cleaning tasks and payroll administration
• assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and developing associates
• monitor expenditures and payroll hours
• maintain safety procedures and emergency readiness
• coach associates on customer service
• maintain store presentation and housekeeping
• oversee merchandise recovery, sizing, markdowns, and processing
• support loss-prevention awareness and inventory.
