What you'll do

• Complete facility cleaning and maintenance checklists
• inspect the garage and correct or report maintenance issues
• clean entrances, exits, stairwells, booth, office, and restrooms
• empty trash
• paint and replace bulbs as directed
• apply oil absorbent to spills
• check safety items, ticket equipment, and gates
• maintain records and supply inventory
• operate cleaning equipment
• clear snow as directed
• report hazards and unusual occurrences
• assist customers and resolve complaints
• cover cashier or attendant duties as needed.
