What you'll do

• Track subcontractor and vendor contracts
• process subcontractor pay applications for approval
• manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation in Procore
• track contracts, orders, receipts, and outstanding items
• arrange lodging and travel logistics for field staff
• administer travel allowances and per diems
• place and track orders
• resolve shipment issues and coordinate returns or replacements.
