Job overview
Radiologic Technologist PRN at TriStar NorthCrest Medical Center. This is an onsite position located in Springfield, TN. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do
- Demonstrate an understanding of human anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
- Maintain a high degree of accuracy in radiologic positioning and exposure techniques.
- Maintain knowledge about radiation protection and safety.
- Prepare and administer contrast media in accordance with state, federal, and hospital regulations.
- Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide appropriate care for patient populations served in this department.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the lifespan and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient’s requirements relative to their age-specific needs.
- Assess patients' and families' ability to learn and incorporate teaching.
- Deliver compassionate, holistic care while supporting the rights and dignity of all patients.
- Demonstrate knowledge of equipment and procedures for the radiological department.

- Graduation from an accredited education program in Radiologic Technology
- Experience
- One year of post-graduate experience is strongly preferred
