What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day operations of commercial metal stud, drywall, and acoustical ceiling crews
• interpret plans and specifications
• prepare estimates, proposals, quantity and manpower take-offs
• coordinate project meetings, permits, submittals, RFIs, change orders, inspections, safety, schedules, and closeout
• manage project documentation and subcontractor coordination.
