What you'll do

• Lead maintenance strategy and execution
• manage maintenance programs and preventive maintenance
• build, track, and optimize budgets including MRO
• monitor operational KPIs
• communicate safety, quality, schedule, delivery, capacity, and staffing risks
• analyze equipment performance and implement improvements
• scope and execute capital projects
• coach and evaluate team members
• support root-cause analysis, cost reduction, waste elimination, quality improvement, and ergonomic risk mitigation.

Why this role

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline preferred; high school diploma required. Five or more years of manufacturing maintenance experience with lean experience required. Off-shift availability may be required in 24/7 operations.
