The Director, Platform Infrastructure and Cybersecurity role is hybrid in Saint Paul, MN. The stated salary range is $135,000–$250,000 per year. North Wind advances hypersonic technologies through research, system development, and flight testing; this role supports those programs’ digital platforms. The director leads the design, deployment, automation, and sustainment of secure infrastructure and data platforms across on-premises, commercial cloud, government cloud, and classified environments. The role builds and guides teams and establishes scalable, secure platforms for digital engineering, AI/ML, modeling and simulation, and mission-critical systems.

What you'll do

• Lead secure infrastructure design, deployment, automation, and sustainment across on-premises, commercial cloud, government cloud, and classified environments
• manage infrastructure engineering, cloud architecture, cyber threat detection and response, and DevSecOps teams
• collaborate with software developers, data scientists, AI engineers, cybersecurity professionals, and mission stakeholders
• automate cloud and data platforms using IaC, container orchestration, and cloud-native technologies
• shape infrastructure strategy, roadmaps, and engineering practices across security domains.
