Account Director — Power and Energy

What you'll do

• Manage and expand regional and national power and energy accounts
• lead qualified business pursuits in power delivery, transmission, renewables, oil and gas, and related infrastructure
• create account plans and growth strategies
• lead client pursuits, capture strategies, proposals, and relationship-building
• partner with project teams on delivery and client satisfaction
• represent ECT in client meetings and industry events
• contribute market insight, technical or project support, and mentorship based on experience
• and work toward annual goals. Monthly business travel is a reasonable expectation, depending on location, relationships, and market focus.
