• communicate with board members, residents, and staff
• facilitate meetings
• oversee daily operations and community assets
• manage records and association meetings
• coordinate vendors and contractors
• inspect common areas and recommend repairs
• support maintenance schedules, compliance, risk management, budgets, financial reviews, notices, and board reports.
