What you'll do

• Supervise day-to-day processing line operations
• ensure safe and efficient machinery operation under GMPs and SOPs
• support daily output and quality standards
• maintain employee rotation schedules and track time-clock exceptions, timesheets, and PTO requests
• conduct performance reviews and new employee orientation and training
• attend safety meetings
• coordinate injury reports and investigate accidents and near misses
• conduct and document inspections
• liaise with maintenance and plant operations
• comply with SQF, HACCP, and GMP requirements.
