What you'll do

• Manage operational budgets, labor planning, and cost optimization
• supervise and train janitorial personnel
• set expectations, provide feedback, and prioritize employee safety and incident reporting
• coordinate daily operations and resolve deficiencies
• coordinate coverage and schedules across three shifts
• maintain policy compliance and administer discipline as needed
• implement machinery and safety programs, including forklift training
• manage chemicals, supplies, and PPE.
