Leasing Associate

What you'll do

• Show properties and respond to leasing inquiries
• negotiate lease terms following established procedures
• assist with applications, eligibility verification, and leasing documents
• maintain records and compliance
• market available units and conduct outreach
• inspect tour paths and model units
• respond to resident concerns and escalate issues
• maintain knowledge of property availability and pricing
• support weekly reporting and move-in and move-out coordination.
