What you'll do

• Follow Vermont licensing regulations, safety standards, and emergency procedures
• communicate with families through daily updates, conferences, and in-person collaboration
• create developmentally appropriate play-based curriculum and learning environments
• foster belonging
• participate in staff meetings, training, reflective practices, and at least 15 hours of annual professional development
• maintain confidentiality
• hold or obtain Infant/Child CPR and First Aid certification.
