What you'll do

• Develop and improve complaint trending methodologies
• perform routine and ad hoc statistical analyses
• identify signals and emerging risks
• establish alert thresholds and escalation criteria
• support audits and inspections with documented analyses
• author or review procedures and templates
• partner with Complaint Handling, CAPA, Risk Management, Medical Safety, Clinical, and Regulatory teams
• maintain data integrity and traceability
• develop dashboards and reports
• present findings and mentor colleagues.
