What you'll do

• Complete onboarding within two weeks
• review assigned group curriculum
• facilitate scheduled groups for the full hour
• support engagement and group cohesion
• participate in therapy treatment team and group supervision meetings
• collaborate with therapists, care specialists, and care coaches
• communicate with clients and care partners
• complete treatment notes within 24 hours
• follow professional ethics and confidentiality requirements.
