What you'll do

• Develop program-level test and evaluation plans, test gates, traceability, and milestone metrics
• lead System Integration Laboratory architecture, operations, configuration control, and security accreditation
• implement automated regression testing
• lead ground and flight test events and prepare test cards, hazard analyses, IATTs, and safety-of-flight packages
• capture telemetry and troubleshoot anomalies
• analyze test data and produce reports and corrective-action recommendations
• integrate test automation into DevSecOps pipelines
• mentor junior engineers and coordinate with certification and flight-safety authorities.
