What you'll do

• Lead and align sales and marketing strategy and execution
• develop the annual growth plan with the CFO/COO
• pursue new accounts, partnerships, and channel relationships
• manage CRM pipeline and forecasting
• evaluate CRM and workflow automation tools
• track targets and report results
• conduct market research
• build and develop the sales and marketing team as the company grows
• coordinate with client relations
• represent the company at industry events
• manage digital presence and budget
• prepare proposals and RFPs
• travel as needed.
