What you'll do

• Repair buildings, facilities, furniture, and equipment
• service heating and air-conditioning systems
• repair appliances, small engines, tools, and vehicles
• maintain grounds and developments
• inspect for debris and report needed work
• repair wiring and mechanical parts
• prepare vacant units
• repair plumbing fixtures and piping
• repair walls, roofs, floors, doors, windows, and related fixtures
• perform painting
• distribute notices
• monitor inventory and deliver parts
• log work and materials
• serve on rotating on-call and emergency standby assignments as assigned.
