What you'll do

• Process semi-monthly payroll for multiple entities
• import new hires and update payroll records for pay changes, tax exemptions, direct deposit, and 401(k) deferrals
• process time and attendance
• manage wage garnishments
• assist employees with self-service login issues and timekeeping access
• assist with W-2 and 1095 reporting and quarterly reconciliations
• submit HSA and dependent care contributions
• monitor wage tax and employment law changes
• support acquisition payroll setup
• respond to employee inquiries
• protect payroll data.
