Marketing Manager, Pharmaceutical and Payor Relations

The Marketing Manager, Pharmaceutical and Payor Relations role is onsite in Frisco, TX, with an in-office schedule Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m. Compensation is not specified. Soleo Health provides specialty pharmacy and infusion services in homes and alternate care settings. The role supports business development by creating marketing materials, insights, and campaigns that strengthen manufacturer partnerships and advance commercialization initiatives. It coordinates messaging and performance measurement with business development, sales, and cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

• Develop manufacturer-facing presentations and partnership materials
• create sales tools and customer-facing content
• coordinate thought leadership
• assist with RFPs, RFIs, and proposals
• execute account-based marketing through HubSpot
• coordinate conference and trade show marketing
• gather market and competitive intelligence
• support partnership launches
• and report campaign engagement and performance.
