What you'll do

• Operate vegetable processing and packaging equipment
• set up machines and perform calibration, blade checks, and safety inspections
• monitor performance and adjust equipment to maintain product quality and line speed
• load produce, inspect finished products, follow food-safety, sanitation, and GMP standards, clean equipment, report mechanical issues, maintain production records, and work with line leads and quality assurance.
